National Food Service – Sausage of the Year

Alf Turner’s “Pickled Pig” variant has been awarded first place in BPEX’s Foodservice Speciality Pork Sausage of the Year Competition. Paul said “It’s really encouraging that we keep winning these national awards when we are competing against much bigger companies and brands. I really hope that we are able to get our product out into much wider distribution and then everyone will be able to judge our quality”.
