Classic English Breakfast Kebabs
You will need
- 6 Alf Turner’s Best of British Sausages
- 3 Rashes of back bacon
- 12 Cherry tomatoes
- 6 Medium mushrooms
- 10mlsp (1dsrtsp) Olive oil
What to do
Juggling all the components of traditional English breakfast and getting them all cooked on time is not easy. This recipe helps you achieve a hassle-free cooked breakfast and, what’s more, none of the ingredients are fried which is a more healthy way to cook!
Preheat the grill.
Twist each sausage in the middle and cut in two. Cut the bacon rashers in half and wrap a piece of bacon around each sausage half.
Divide the sausages, cherry tomatoes and mushrooms between 6 kebab skewers, alternating the pieces of sausages with the vegetables.
Brush the mushrooms and tomatoes with a little oil. Cook the kebabs under a medium grill until the sausages and bacon are golden brown and the juices run clear.
Serve with toasted muffins and poached eggs for the hungry tribe.
